When the time comes for you to say goodbye to your beloved pet, you can take great comfort knowing that, from the moment they cross the Rainbow Bridge to the time we bring them back home to you, Willow Tree will afford your loved one the upmost dignity, care and compassion.
For all pets, we provide bespoke caskets to the veterinary practices and they will place your pet in these. If you choose, you can leave a personal note in with them and these are cremated with your pet.
Once you or your vet has contacted us, we will collect your pet within a short space of time and return them to our crematorium on the North Coast overlooking the sea. For fallen horses, the team from the large animal collection department, will bring them to us.
Once with us and upon receipt of your website choices and payment, we will cremate most pets and horses as soon as possible. We will carefully gather their ashes and transfer them into your choice from our wide range of caskets, urns or keepsakes.
We will then contact you and arrange a convenient time for when we can bring your companion home.
Throughout the journey from your pet or horses collection to the moment we bring them home again, we have rigorous procedures and modern equipment in place to ensure, whatever their size, all animals are treated gently and with compassion. For your peace of mind and our complete transparency, all of our cremations are covered by cctv.
